We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in the (Currency required, e.g. AED/USD). If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment method, then the details on the Customer’s ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.
All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
Delivery information such as Customer’s Name, Location, Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.

By offering for sale travel to particular international destinations, ExtraMiles does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. ExtraMiles does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.
ExtraMiles, ExtraMiles Affiliates and their respective supplilers are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any air carriers, hotels or other suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from. ExtraMiles, ExtraMiles Affiliates and their respective suppliers have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re–routing or acts of any government or authority.
ExtraMiles reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. ExtraMiles shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.
ExtraMiles reserves its right to deny on its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion hereof without notice.

No waiver by ExtraMiles of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.
If any dispute arises between you and ExtraMiles during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE.
The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab of Emirates and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated in United Arab of Emirates.
Payment Terms and Conditions
ExtraMiles will never ask, share or store any Credit Card Details, Bank Login/Password or Debit Card Details over phone or email of any customer.
In case payment is flagged by our payment gateway, our team will reach out to you from info@earnextramiles.com. You will have to send the front and back side of the credit card with the CVV number masked to info@earnextramiles.com.
If you receive any other e-mail purportedly from ExtraMiles requesting your personal or security details, please do not respond to such E-mail. Please forward any such E-mail to info@earnextramiles.com. and thereafter delete the e-mail immediately.
Payment for services being offered by ExtraMiles can be done by following channels:

- Payment done in person at ExtraMiles Office (Al Mamzar,309,Alrehan Building, Dubai UAE). An acknowledgement receipt will be provided against same
- Payment through Al Ansari will also be accepted through all authorized Al Ansari outlets.
ExtraMiles is not liable in case the payment is done by any other mode.
The User warrants, agrees and confirms that when he / she initiates a payment transaction and / or issues an online payment instruction and provides his / her card / bank details:
- The User is fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit / debit card, bank account for such transactions;
- The User is responsible to ensure that the card / bank account details provided by him/her are accurate;
- The User is authorizing debit of the nominated card / bank account for the payment of ExtraMiles;
- The User is responsible to ensure sufficient credit is available on the nominated card / bank account at the time of making the payment to permit the payment of the dues payable or the bill(s) selected by the User inclusive of the applicable Fee.
The User agrees that, to the extent required or permitted by law, ExtraMiles, and/ or the Payment Service Provider(s) may also collect, use and disclose personal information in connection with security related or law enforcement investigations or in the course of cooperating with authorities or complying with legal requirements.
